good staff and food, everything is very clean. there is a climate control, a work desk and a dining area - that's always a plus. near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. also, st james was only 1 km from the accommodation.

Our stay was an excellant experience. The rooms where very clean, the stuff was HELPFUL, the breakfast was great. Meals were good, and there was Lillibets near the hotel. The bed was comfy, we loved it.

Breakfast was satisfactory and frequently replenished. It is good value and it's only a 15 minutes' walk to Ponderosa Zoo. We enjoyed Liversedge. Free Wi Fi was a nice addition;)))
